Shipping policy

1. Please confirm the delivery address before payment; please leave your phone number and commonly used valid email address so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your order.

2. Orders may take 72-96 hours to be processed. Once your order ships, an email with a tracking number will be sent to your inbox.

3. For some special styles of goods, if they are customized, it will take at least 10 working days after successfully receiving the order, so it will take a total of several weeks to get the shoes. Please note that if you live in a more rural area it may take longer. International orders may be held up by customs, unfortunately these delays are beyond our control and we offer no assistance or compensation in these matters. I hope you can understand.
